Great alternative to milk based protein products
5Decided to try egg white protein after moving away from milk based products on advice. I got the chocolate version of this product, mixed it with water as to stay away from the milk and I can say it mixed well, abit more grainy than the protein blend that I was using previously, but nothing that made it bad, and the chocolate is pleasant. I tried a couple of nut based milks to mix with this, and I hit the jackpot with un sweetened Almond milk, mixes in a shaker by hand to a nice smooth consistency and properly tastes like a chocolate milkshake. I also added some mint essence to vary up the taste and that also works well. I will be trying the unflavoured powder next batch with some of the flavouring drops that my protein sell. Overall very good, and a bonus is that this powder doesn't need any essential amino acid supplementation.Goes Well With:Un sweetened Almond milk.

Good Product
5I do not usually write a review, but this time it is necessary to clear doubts about the product. I did not believe in powdered egg whites, but I am really satisfied with the purchase, The taste is as good as the texture as well. I have made an omelette with cheese and yummy I am looking forward to make pancakes and cakes. Goes Well With:This equivalent of an one egg white works for me, 5 grams of powdered mix in 20 grams of warm water.

4I was looking for dairy free protein. I always buy unflavoured as use it in many different ways. I don't have problem with flavour per say but there is a lot of salt in it which is not the best for smoothie. Also someone mentioned wind, omg, I wanted to move out myself. It got better after week. I still would recommend it if you can't have whey.

Good alternative to egg whites/protein powders
5Ordered these as I was looking at 'simplifying' my diet to aid digestion and I am using these to replace any whey protein. Price is basically the same per gram of protein as whey protein concentrate and it seems to digest easier for me. A good alternative to egg whites too as they are quite hard to find for a good price in the UK. If using them in a shake, mix wlel with a fork instead of shaking to avoid them frothing up. If mixing them into oats/ground rice make sure theres not too much water before mixing or they will scramble.Goes Well With:Oats/ground rice. Good as an alternative to whey if looking to aid digestion

Perfect for a divorce
2It doesn’t mix very well unless you stick it in a nutribullet/blender, it goes a bit clumpy otherwise, however once you blend it you don’t notice any real taste issues. The problem comes from the absolute death stench that’s created from the ensuing “wind” that follows 5-6 hours afterwards. Honestly, it’s bad enough to bring on divorce if maintained, so after a week and a half of use I’ve had to throw the rest away. If you live on your own and don’t mind your place reeking of the eggiest farts known to man, go all in on this.Goes Well With:a divorce.

Taste good but the SALT
3wanted to try something other than pea and whey due to sensitivity. This tastes good but wow 1g of salt per scoop!? Really? Its fine if having 1 scoop a day but for someone who wanted to have 4 scoops per day its 60 percent of your daily salt allowance
