It could taste worse but it’s ok when you mix it with a bit of juice. . In terms of mixing, I think it’s ok and I find it does help with recovery. I’d recommend this as long as you are aware that you can’t really do anything about the after taste.

Really good
Really great i take 2 scoops before a workout but still prefer the bcaa tablets the taste is vile unflavoured but still does the job i also notice when i added 2 scoops to a drink and left it in the fridge overnight the bcaa gets stronger for some reason so be careful not to do that and have it there and then instead Goes Well With:Creatine and ashwaganda capsules
