First impressions of the product were good to begin with. It arrived on time and the packaging was good. I started with only one scoop, which had very little measurable impact on my workout. I felt that I had less energy when compared with a cup of coffee (my usual routine) and it also made me very itchy, especially around my forehead. Only with two scoops was there any noticeable impact but with more pronounced itchiness. Furthermore the product is far too sweet, to the point where it is nearly undrinkable and I have to chug it all at once to minimize the taste. It is not a bad product but could certainly be better.

I have more issues with this than positives. The taste is mediocre (talking about grape). Some of the other flavors are reportedly good but they were out of stock when I went to buy it. The bottom of the drink is full of solid crystals that don't mix in a shaker bottle. It's only marginally effective for me. Helps a little with performance but almost no effect on focus, and I notice no increase in overall energy level. I also get pretty bad heartburn after using this, I have to take tums right after drinking it and after exercise. I don't know if this is specific to me but if you have acid reflux (as I do) be wary of this.

Water, fruit juices complimenting the flavor that you chose.

Ok so one you mix it it leaves large particles no matter what. 2 taste so fake and chemical and 3 just has weak effects

Raspberry lemonade, watermelon, blue raspberry

Again an overall good product- I just wish they would offer options with less/no artificial colorants and sweeteners. To me the color is unnecessary, I don't care if my pre workout is bright blue or pink. Raspberry lemonade is my favorite then watermelon followed by blue raspberry (those are the only ones that I have tried). They are all fairly "fake" tasting though, so be prepared for that. I've never had a pre that isn't though so I got used to it... Mixability isn't great but I don't care about having to shake my water bottle before drinking it a few times. I have a good energy from this with no crash and no jitters or tingles and the formula is good so I'm happy with that. Would recommend.

Preworkout is one of the greats

This preworkout does the trick, has a slight tingling feeling but man I go in the gym and just lift everything. I'll be done with my workout and lift some more, and there's no crash like the other preworkout dive taken and doesn't taste like a jolly rancher that way I know it's just not packed full of sugar and BS.

Anything, I usually add some more BCAAs to it and creatine and doesn't effect the taste.

One scoop is enough to get the job done for me for a hard lifting session. I feel wired and ready to go about 15-30 minutes after drinking. I bought the watermelon like some other reviewers suggested, and the flavor isn't bad at all. It doesn't mix too well - there tends to be a lot of precipitate, so when I get to the bottom of my shaker, I usually have to add more water to even tolerate the taste of the solids.

My go to pre. It's the only one that I have found that really makes me focus without all the tingles. It keeps me in it through my whole workout without burning out. Although I tried blue raspberry and tasted like straight medicine, I gave watermelon a try and it was a huge difference. I would suggest watermelon, definitely not blue raspberry!
