What’s not to like
I use a teaspoon of this daily in with whey isolate (banana), spinach & oatmilk protein shake. Smells nice. Tastes fine. Mixes well. I like that it’s organic. I don’t know that I feel any physical effects (I take additional supplements - turmeric & ginger, black cohosh, collagen & thermopure) but have noticed a lot of comments saying my skin complexion looks amazing (I’m 49) & hair condition is great. End of day, good source of iron and other vitamins which I prefer to drink than eat, as well as being organic. What’s not to like? Goes Well With:Whey isolate, spinach, oat milk & water

I bought this to try as the capsules were out of stock. Goes well in the overnight oats, mixes in ok with my soy protein too. Had great results with the capsules, so hoping for the same with this #perimenopause Goes Well With:Oats Soy protein

Don’t do it to yourself
I’m all for being healthy but, this is actually disgusting. I tried it, as recommended, 30 g scoop for 250 mL water and just could not drink it. Foul initial taste followed by an aftertaste of sweetener. It’s going in the bin! A waste of money. Wish there was a money back guarantee...Hint hintGoes Well With:The bin
