Caffeine: THE Thermo™ combines a powerful blend of caffeine anhydrous, guarana, and kola nut to deliver 100mg of caffeine per serving, which improves performance capacity.3
BioPerine®: derived from the black pepper plant, and popular in many traditional therapies. A popular ingredient, used by both bodybuilders and cardio lovers.
Choline: containing 90mg per serving, choline supports both lipid metabolism and normal liver function.4
Bladderwrack: a seaweed that is a great source of iodine. Iodine supports normal cognitive function and bladderwrack also aids digestion.5

Good Alternative to Thermopure
It’s a good alternative but not as good as Thermopure personally speaking. The only way this is better is in the taste. If you get Thermopure stuck the taste burns due to the cayenne pepper but The Thermo doesn’t have that. The Thermo does a good enough job though and I take 1 with each meal when not working out or 2 together about 30 mins before workout. Goes Well With:CLA

The Thermo
I had this tablet for the first day and this one kept me awake all night.!!! Was tossing and turning all night. As you can see this tablet consist of 300mg caffeine and this Strong caffeine do all the job. So stop taking it through the day. Just taking this tablet whenever I am working night shift as it helps me a lot to stay awake throughout the whole shift..
