Solid bulking accessory
5I usually take one to school as school lunches sadly don't cut it for a high calorie diet, works well with a good amount of calories and protein. I mix it with frozen blueberries, a banana and milk in a blender and the taste of the powder is unnoticeable. However the taste is noticeable if taken plain with milk or water, wouldn’t recommend.
