Each flapjack is bursting with 20g of protein and high in carbohydrates sourced from oats to increase your daily intake in an instant — helping to grow and maintain important muscle,2 as well as providing fuel for your day.1
They’re a super-convenient way to get extra protein into your diet while you’re on the go. Whether you’re on the way to a Pilates class, or having a date with the weights… you can’t go wrong with our Protein Flapjacks.
1. Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle. This beneficial effect is obtained with the consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4g per kg body weight, at doses, within the first 4 hours, and no later than 6 hours, following highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.
2. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
Consume as a high protein snack, as and when required.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, consume within 24 hours. This product is intended to be used alongside a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Suitable for vegetarians.

Great on the go!
These are ideal to have on hand, I go to the gym straight from work, so these are great to give me the energy to keep going, until my evening meal. Love the taste of these flapjacks.Goes Well With:They go great with my coffee ice protein shake, as a breakfast on the go.

Not a fan
I normally love my protein products but these I didn’t like. Only 4 pieces of chocolate chip on these. Very dry. Maybe I got a bad batch. Hopefully if I buy again these will be better

Pretty good
Really good way to get some extra protein, although don't go thinking it'll taste like flapjack. It tastes good, don't get me wrong, but it's as stodgy as any other protein snack and gives you a good jaw workout trying to get through it. Definitely better than other protein bars though. 100% recommend

Flapjack heaven
Wanted my favourite treat a bit healthier. So tried these. Not quite the same taste/texture as normal flapjacks but that's because they are full of goodness and not sugar. One is a bit too much so I have half and save half. Very good quality and excellent value. Goes Well With:Cup of black coffee
