1. Our Protein Brownie has up to 75% less sugar than standard supermarket alternatives
2. Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle. This beneficial effect is obtained with the consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4g per kg body weight, at doses, within the first 4 hours, and no later than 6 hours, following highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.
3. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass

Protein Brownie
I use these Brownies for months. Although the taste and flavour has changed time by time I like them and I buy them time to time. There are tasty and they have plenty of protein in it I believe. I eat them every day. They help me keep my body incl. muscles fit.

My favourite treat!
These are brilliant to supplement an active diet. Both my wife and myself have incorporated these in to our diet to support protein intake when training. She recommends putting it in the microwave for 10 seconds, but I love them as they are!

My Protein Brownie
Extremely wholesome and amazing chocolaty goodness. Great on the calorie count if your lacking cals for the day and substantial protein hit in one handy and convenient bar. First choice in my basket when I’m looking for protein heavy tasty snacks!Goes Well With:A healthy well balanced protein rich diet.

Good but not wonderful
these protein brownies aren’t that bad considering the amount of protein mixed into the medium sized block of brownie. Very good value for money. quite like them as a school snack to keep my energy going and prep me for the gym afterschool.Goes Well With:I like to have them with some milk

These taste bad, I can stomach a lot of protein bars etc but I find these inedible. Couldn’t eat 1/2 a bar
