5After taking creatine for about a week I immediately notice my strength increase by taking 5-10g per day. This has helped me get stronger as well as build more muscle

Huge but works
5I have taken these for while now, I usually take them before I go weight training along with beta alanine, and I find they give me lots of energy. Like the other reviews, they are rather large to swallow, so I find them easier to swallow with a cup of coffee or protein shake. Other than the size, would definitely recommend them. Just make sure you drink plenty of water.Goes Well With:Water, coffee, protein shakes

4They do what they say on the tin. No taste & difficult to swallow but definitely increase strength

Hard to swallow
1The tablets are huge. You need to take 5 for one dose, so it's hard work. They are hard to swallow so I have given up and gone for powder

Crush 'em
3Yes these are super huge I initially started swallowing them but it was just too much. Then I crushed them with a pestle and mortar before adding to my protein shake which i mix in the nutri bullet. Now I just put them in whole they mix fine however I don't feel the effectiveness of these over the powder formulation I felt something taking it in that form but that's just me. After this bottle is done I'm going back to powder.Goes Well With:Protein powder, fruit, water, nutri bullet.

Good results
4Taking it about a month now and can see good results, able to deffo lift more and have hit a good few PB's lately . Hard to swallow as tablets are big but getting use to them now. Recommended.Goes Well With:Water

4Good product: cheap, better than powder. However tablets are huge and can't be swallowed whole.

Worth it
5I definitely find these help with recovery, i don' ache as much now after a hard weight training sesh, only downside is the size of them, they are quite bigGoes Well With:Water, beta alanine

Effective
5Tablet form really helps as the powder is a little to difficult to stomach for me. Start to feel the benefit after 5 - 7 days of taking the recommended dosage. Brilliant Goes Well With:I always couple my supplements with Myprotein whey protein white chocolate flavour, but there are various nice flavours!
