1. Our protein cookie has 70% less sugar and 40% less fat than many leading supermarket competitors.
2. Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle. This beneficial effect is obtained with the consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4g per kg body weight, at doses, within the first 4 hours, and no later than 6 hours, following highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.
3. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.

Rocky Road
Rocky road is probably the best flavour out of all the cookie flavours. It's not as dry. However, for the size, it packs a decent amount of protein (38 grams), and is perfect for a post workout snack. Would be good to add new flavours! There hasn't been any new additions for years! Goes Well With:Post workout

Great alternative option
I've tried double choc chip and cookies and cream, and am quite fussy with protein products. I quite enjoy the taste and for someone who really struggles to eat during the day, these cookies have become an absolute life saver to get my protein count in. Quite filling if you have it alongside a cup of tea and some fruit, hopefully these stick around and stay this price. Goes Well With:Fruit and tea!
