Good but expensive
Works well and is good taste but expensive compared to other forms of pre workout

Tasted a lot better than I thought they would. 4 is definitely the right amount consume i tried less but they was not very effective. Have now bought 2 full sized pots of these they are just right fir picking you up fir an evening at the gym.

Nice and easy way to get energy
Bought this for the first time to try and sample and it works quite well. Tastes nice and easy to chew and swallow. The energy I receive from a few of these is superb and last a while aswell. A brilliant purchase!Goes Well With:This is easy to have with a pre workout shake if wanted.

The worst pre workout going
They do nothing… literally nothing. Tried them on an empty stomach about 30 mins before workout. Felt nothings I do not recommend Goes Well With:Nothing

Great pre workout addition
Just started taking these pre workout and can see the results already... definitely more energy during working sets and less post workout fatigue.

Pre workout gummies
These taste really good. Soft like fruit pastels and they give you that extra little boost for your workout I highly recommend these and they work better than the pre workout drinks that are available

Had better, had worse
Low caffeine but that might be good in some people's view. Taste and chew like fruit pastilles which is a positive. Felt a benefit during my workout but nowhere near the effects of other pre workouts. I would use again if training late at night I suppose.

Taste decent, taste like gummy bear or sort of.
love it, pre-workout effect not sure but i quite like the chewing and sweet sour taste. will come back for big bottle
