3Flavours. Strawberry is nice banana too sweet,chocolate is nasty they all blends well. I add some berries flaxseed and chia seeds in with mine. in all honesty i don't think it fills you up ideal if your on a diet ok for a milkshake without going to maccy d's I guess Goes Well With:Berries

4This is for my partner not myself but since starting he has so far lost 4kg in a month. He prefers the salted caramel flavour over the chocolate

5I think this product is fantastic! It has really helped me with dieting and not eating junk food plus is easy to use add to a shaker one scoop dies the job !!

5I was very sceptical before I tried this. But, I find it does actually work. I have tried vanilla and strawberry as I am not too keen on the others. I do find them much sweeter than they probably need to be, and that is my only criticism

Tastes good, keeps off hunger
4Flavors are good and it does calm the appetite. One draw back it that it could mix better often have a little clump at the bottom.

3Haven't been using for long so cant leave a more accurate review! Prefer to have on the go in the mornings and during my lunch break, i dont look for snacks that arent good for you so far enjoying using this to replace at least 2 meals a day Goes Well With:Half water and milk
