weird aftertaste but still very nice

Usual rubbish
1This is just typical tat that you get in most magazines. Unfortunately My Protein give aways and “free gifts” for spending X amount are absolutely insulting. I haven’t found anything of use yet, in fact some of the “offers” are to promote buying into something else! Good products but the company does enjoy insulting its customers.

Vitamin D3
5I have bought it several times on the My protein site and I have always been more than satisfied. I can say that in this crazy time when we live with Covid-19 many people are looking to buy Vitamins most often in pharmacies. But they forget that sites like this (and many others that sell bodybuilding and fitness products, etc.) have much better prices than pharmacies. Also in pharmacies they always offer you for example this Vitamin D3 in tablets or capsules but very rarely in this best form such as soft gel capsules. Because there is only the greatest and true usability. Also the price at My protein is fantastic compared to pharmacies

The supplement
4I thought there was a lot of useful information. I enjoyed reading about different types of workouts, different stretches, and different supplements and what to use them for. I liked the stretching the most because I have a slight shoulder injury right not that I am trying my best to nurse back to no pain and some of the stretches have helped a little.
