Good but meh
3Very good for helping grip strength as the max setting is very hard to squeeze so i will gradually work up to it. But every time i squeeze it, the whole thing makes a clicking noise which is very irritating and im not sure its meant to do that.

Quality little product
5I came across this nifty little grip strengthener whilst browsing the site and thought it would be a good piece of equipment to add to an arm session and just to have in general. I read the reviews and purchased it straight away. Came back just the other day and I haven't stopped using it, with the variable tension from 10KG to 40KG, you can't go wrong!!!, I like to use it on the full tension and you can definitely feel the burn during your sets. Would reccomend this product to absolutely anyone. Only minuscule problem with it is a slight squeak on the spring every now and again but that's nothing. QUALITY PRODUCT!!!

Very good, but makes a loud noise
4Very good, very easy to adjust (although impossible to accurately say exactly how much it is set to, just along a rough scale). Main downside is that it makes a loud clicking noise sometimes. Not the end of the world, just a bit annoying!

Not satisfied
3I expected more. They are not bad, but they are made for people with small hands, the handle is too short for me I can barely fit 3 fingers, so using them feels very awkward. I’m not happy with the purchase although the quality of the product is good

Feel the burn!
4This is a great little tool for when your sitting at home just passing time. For some people the settings on this may be too much or for people like myself, the maximum setting still doesn’t feel like much but you still get a great burn especially in the forearms. This strengthner starts at 10KG resistance all the way to 40KG. The reason I added this little piece of kit on to my last protein order was because I wanted to give my forearms a pump and increase the muscle mass around my lower arms and it’s great for the exact purpose. I’d recommend negatives when using this as you’ll feel it a lot more, so slow motion releasing will benefit. My only criticism is the build quality. It makes a lot of noise in the spring and doesn’t feel like a quality made product but still does the job exactly as you’d expect. All In all it’s a decent little tool, and you’ll definitely benefit from having it rather than not.

Grip strength, effective but not the best
4Makes noise when you close the grip, but what I really like is that no matter what strength you set it at, the grip width will not change enabling you to get a good range of motion from the start, decent what the price I got it at
