4This took a couple weeks at double dose to work, I do seem less anxious and agitated.

So worth it
5Really good price for 90 capsules, easy to take and has helped with my gym progress a lot, been taking it for a year now and is definitely a worthy supplement Goes Well With:Omega and zinc and magnesium capsules

New to Ashwagandha
4My partner has started taking these for his anxiety and better sleep. It was recommended to us by a friend. It's a bit early but he said he feels his sleep has improved slightly by this I mean he doesn't wake up as often during the night as he usually does.

Great Product
5The product was good, well priced and came in good time. I like how the tablets don't leave a bad taste in your mouth after taking them. Lastly for the price of the tub amount of capsules you get is very good, would highly recommend.
