4Very happy with the item, this product takes 3 months to see the bonus but currently only been taking for a 1 Week. Easy to Mix in a drink and doesn’t take of anything, great though to mix with a sports in science hydration tablet or energy power

5So I am a cyclist and read lots of good research about this. First dose of 1/3 scoop delivered the expected face tingling but gradually built up to a full scoop - 5 g, which is the max recommended dose - every day and no side effects after a couple of weeks. I am not a fan of n=1 testimonials but the scientific research speaks for itself. Highly recommend! Goes Well With:Everything

Good value & effective
5I really think this makes a difference to workouts. Dissolves fairly easily. Has a very slightly bitter metallic taste but I find that's only really detectable if mixed with plain water. Definitely part of my standard supplementation routine. Goes Well With:Creatine

4Great value for money, and mixes well, will buy again, Vegan protein bars taste a little chalky, but great flavour of orange and chocolate. Superb quality and would recommend to family and friends.

Does increase endurance a little
3Felt the effect when cycling long distance. Does little in the gym, but maybe that 1 extra rep is something it is worth trying it for.Goes Well With:Citruline Malate.

Fab product
5Been taking for about 3 weeks now. At first wasnt aware of the tingle effect and got a bit of a shock but Google soon fixed that and the advise from my P.T . Definitely given me more energy or strength. Seem to be able to work harder in my sessions and classes. Flavourless which is good but just wish it would dissolve without stirring.Goes Well With:Only had in water.
