4A very quick way to increase protein intake if you are in a rush in the morning. It also a good high protein snack that is pretty healthy for you.

5Most protein wafers I’ve tried are thin and stale in texture and bland. These wafers are not like that at all. They’re thick , crunchy, full of flavour and filling. I order as many as I can when they’re in stock. I love them. Best protein wafers out there.

Chocolatey Protein Hit
5These wafers are perfect for those with a sweet tooth. I personally prefer the flavour of the chocolate but all of the flavours are great. They also fill me up like no other protein bar can I have these mid morning or mid afternoon as a treat and snack before my next meal. I never feel like they add too much fat to my macros and I can include them in my meal plan most days.Goes Well With:Hot chocolate or coffee

5I have seen so many people go on about these wafers all over my Instagram and now after buying a box i can definitely say they live up to expectation. I've now repurchased the chocolate ones twice and I'm yet to try the other flavors but definitely think i might be ordering a few samples of the other flavors when it comes round to my next purchase.
