It’s ok
3Bought this after using impact whey for a long time. First time having Casein so nothing to compare it to - but chocolate had a weird taste and didn’t mix well. Lumpy/grainy even when blended.

Doesn't mix well but otherwise great
5As the title says in water it doesn't mix well, definitely better with milk but still not great. Has a grainy texture and makes a lot of foam but the taste is great, at least for the vanilla. Find its really nice after dinner as a sort of dessert. Definitely leaves you full for overnight and into the morning and seems to be a great source of protein. Goes Well With:Milk

Caffeine??
3Looks like the Milk Tea one has tonnes of caffeine… one scoop and my heart is uncomfortably pounding. Considering this is used before sleep, I’ve had major trouble sleeping after one scoop of this :(
