Phenomenal gains in Strength
5Mixes really easily, tastes great, and not all proteins are equal, Casein in my experience is as effective as Whey Isolate.

Mixable best
5This is amazing. Add it to my coffee (with Almond milk) mix it with oatmeal, yoghurt or just sometimes mix it with milk. Can't get enough of it.Goes Well With:Yoghurt, as a coffee mixer, oatmeal, with any fruit of your choosing. I even add it to my bran flakes! Crazy

5This product tastes great. It mixes well (and the odd time I haven’t shaken it well enough, my own fault, it still tastes fine). It’s just like drinking a chocolate milkshake. Highly recommended.

5Good old casein to take on its own or to mix with other shakes, the unflavoured tastes like powdered milk

Clumpy
1Horrible, clumpy, doesn’t mix at all. Left it at longer intervals each time with same result. Could be a casein thing but even then, the taste and texture shouldn’t be how it was.
