Alpha Pre-workout is better.
3Its has chalky after taste unlike the Alpha pre-workout. Will stick to Alpha from now on, and caffein amount is halved in this one.

Amazing
5Did exactly what it says on the tin. The workout I had when I drank this was so the best I ever had, really made me push myself to increasing my weights and reps. Made me a bit jumpy and erratic the first twice I drank it but I just had to figure out when to drink it. Also don’t drink it after 4pm if you want a decent nights sleep.

3This is okay, I haven’t felt any different during a workout using this but the taste is nice. Once it has finished I will not purchase this particular one again. Goes Well With:Water

WOW!!!!
5Im not one for writing reviews normally but this stuff deserves a mention. ITS INSANE!! I dont know what secret magic formula its made from but you can literally go from half asleep on the sofa to having the best session of your life within half an hour! This is a game changer and i cant ever see me having a gym session without it now. It mixes easily (although if you're being particular, the scoop doses more than 11g), and tastes great. If youre on the fence about trying this then just do it!!

Great Pre Workout Pick me up
5Been using this note classes, haven’t used in my lifting session as I don’t feel I need it for that. Gives a good bit of energy and I’m able to last longer in the cardio sets, I tried the Passion Fruit and the Blue Raspberry both great flavoursGoes Well With:Protein Shaker
