5As the dark is now creeping in and the frost is spraying over the land, this pre workout is the warm and fuzzy feeling that drags me out from bed. A small scoop is all that’s needed to make a your cockles, focus your mind and set you up but a workout full of energy and destruction. Similar to a flight home from Ibiza, other pre workouts would cause me heartburn and put me in a state of “comedown” but this pre-workout keep my thoughts clear, my mindset strong and continues to motivate me throughout the day. Don’t be concerned by the full body tingles, just embrace is and get lost in it’s euphoria whilst you record PB after PB. If I hadn’t already been married, My Protein Pre Workout would have been my best man.Goes Well With:I predominately take with water but at times u have also mixed with My protein BCAAs of similar flavour and/fruit flavour. Probably not wise to mix with alcohol.

Great wake up in the morning
5I tend to go to the gym first thing in the morning and I always fell the pre workout hit and my workouts are 10x better if I take it first, can definitely tell if I haven’t taken any in the morning
