Tastes exactly like the milk after you eat cereal! Really great addition to loads of foods, it does take a bit of mixing so is better in a blender.

I kinda knew I wasn't going to like it as I didn't like milky type of protein shakes anyway bit I wanted to try simply because it was chocolate mint. The taste was a bit too sweet for me. I mixed it with milk maybe I should have used water. But for now I'll stick with with the clear shakes.

If your looking for an effective way to train your masseter's this protein bar is for you! Tastes decent, no weird after taste and has a decent chocolate covering. It is however pretty chewy but what protein bar isn't?

Some Of them are So bad. Like the chocolate caramel peanut one but I love the chocolate mint (tastes like aero), chocolate nut (tastes like kinda bueno) and the rocky road flavours best so far.

I use 200ml of almond milk with all mine.
