Love these mug cakes! I definitely prefer the salted caramel over the chocolate but both are super tasty. With the chocolate one I’ll put in 4g of cocoa powder to get a deep chocolate flavour and add more water. I add about 10g water extra anyway to make it a little saucy for both flavours. I also half a Cadburys Freddo or little bar to give it something extra. The macros are insane 26g of protein for 196kcals. I sometimes have it as a quick breakfast. As I put 50g in a cup, 80g of water, stir it up and microwave for 50seconds. A quick Breakfast or a sweet treat made in under 2 minutes.

A chunk of chocolate or biscoff

The chocolate mug cake really is to die for. I put twice the recommend milk (I use oat milk) and you get a bit of cake and a lot of chocolatey gooey mess underneath that is delicious.
