Tropical flavour- Wow! One sip and I'm taken back to America sipping on the fruit punch drinks that I could only buy there! Grape - Again another amazing flavour. Just like grape flavour products in the US. Strawberry Kiwi - Very sweet strawberry taste. Not as good as the others but still decent enough. The preworkouts give me just enough face tingle and energy to power through my 1.5 hr lifting sessions and hiit workouts. No nasty crash or dizziness. I live in the UK and california and this is the best pwo I've used. *****

This product instantly helped my chest on the day I used it. It doesn't feel like it hits you straight away but the affect is there. The taste is horrible (blue raspberry) maybe I didn't add enough water but it was the best pre workout Ive had. Also mixes very easily

I was told about pre workout but didn't really think much about it. I then went on to make my usual order and was offered a couple of samples 1 being a pre workout and to my great surprise the taste was good, the mix was good and randomly felt good after drinking it. Proper smashed through my workout. Will be buying a tub on the next order.

I ordered the orange mango flavour, very sour and took a good shake to mix it with water. Gave me the kick I needed pre-workout when feeling particularly tired. I don't take pre very often unless I'm really tired, I did a PT session followed by a run which I would normally struggle with but felt like I really needed to use up some energy after taking this!
