Feels like it works
5I’m about 3 weeks into using Thermopure. So far I feel like I have more energy in the gym and when cycling. It seems to give you a boost when you would usually be flagging, so I’ll keep using them and see what happens.

Power in the morning!
5I have always struggled to find energy in the mornings but since taking thermopure I can easily crack on with the day and my exercise. I have 2 after breakfast every day without fail. Not sure if they are helping with weight loss but they definitely help me get moving!!

Results!
5These capsules work so well if you do as the instructions say! Even taking them for 3 weeks now, if you train like an athlete and put all the hard work in you’ll see results... lost 3 inches from my waist and nearly 8kg of weight, so happy with the results, can now switch from the capsules to BCAA! Seems to work a bit
4I take 3 pills on an empty stomach before a workout or 1 pill after a meal 3 times a week. Taking the pills before a workout seems to give me more energy for my workout. I am taking these with CLA and L Carnitine. Honestly I have lost a bit of weight but I also exercise at least 4 times a week. I did think the weight would drop off a lot more than this so I am wondering if I should be buying another bottle.

Spaced out
2Took 3 tabs as suggested at 530am. Nothing really until about 830 when I started to feel a bit edgey and wired. Very conscious of how I felt over the next hour or so and felt overstimulated. Especially when there were a lot of people in the environment. Once training at 1100am the weird feelings started to subside but then for the rest of the day I just felt nauseous and weird with a banging headache.

Good to use for boost before gym
4I use this just before I leave the house to go to the gym. I find that it takes several minutes to boost my energy. Other reviews talk about it taking 30-45mins to have an energetic effect but I feel the effects quicker than that. I go to the gym for an hour or just a little more each time and find that I can stay strong all the way through even when lifting heavy weights. Goes Well With:Water or take it with your creatine supplement

Honest
5I love these little bad boys! I'm not caffeine sensitive at all but I really feel when these kick in; you should know after you've taken them, you will feel when they 'burst', you'll get a warm sensation, for me it feels exactly like when I've eaten a jalapeño 15 minutes ago. Anyway, overall yes I'd recommend them.Goes Well With:Before any workout, with water and BCAA's
