4Regulary I am medium size but now they are bit too small...I would recommend size up!

MP essential training energy shorts
5Amazing!! Such good quality and light almost like swim material, I feel as though I can breath in them, sweat and still feel comfy. Didn’t take long to come at all either. Highly recommend!

TIGHT
3I agree with previous reviews. The band on these shorts is TIGHT. I normally wear a medium and sized up to a large. The large fits but I honestly could have gone up to an XL for a more comfortable fit.

Good Quality and Comfortable
5I love this style of short for running and these are comfortable and flattering. I am a size 8 and would normally buy a size small, however I sized up to a medium based on other reviews. Big mistake as the medium is just too big on the waist, so I will be returning them for a size small. I think size up if you're in between sizes, otherwise stick to your usual size.

4The shorts are a more crinkly material but super comfortable. I sized up and they were slightly big but not bad at all

Size up
3I sized up to a medium after reading reviews and I’m glad I did, anything smaller would be unwearable. And they nearly still are. The waistband is rather tight and the shorts are very short. I can’t imagine how tiny a small would’ve been. On the plus side, the material is nice and the quality was surprisingly good. I just don’t think I can wear them to the gym. Any type of movement is risking exposure.

Untrue to size
3Good quality shorts however I bought a size Large and they fit my friend who is size 6 - 8, definitely size up
