Good stuff
4I like to mix this with all my shakes to add a bit of flavour (choc) and texture. It mixes very well with in my NutriBullet. I enjoy the taste but then I'm not very fussy when it comes to shakes. 2 scoops Oats 2 scoops vegan blend 1 organic frozen banana and it's skin tablespoon flax and hemp seeds distilled water sorted. Goes Well With:distilled water vegan blend frozen banana and skin (organic)

Quick, simple, tasty
5Morning staple, don’t even need to worry about weighing out as the scoop is measured! Lovely simple and cheap.Goes Well With:Honey drizzled on top is a treat!

Amazing!
5I didn’t see first it was a flour because I’ve done the order too quicky, but it’s actually 10 times better in fine powder! It’s like real flour, but from oats! With your protein shaker - for a crepe receipe - to drink alone with some milk for carbs take - Amazing! Really really happy of it! Goes Well With:Proteins

5Great for someone who quickly gets hungry as they’re extremely filling. I have them in a smoothie with fruit and I’ll be full for hours. Great value for money Goes Well With:Smoothie Protein pancakes - use them as a substitute for flour

instant full of flavour
5easy to mix only need maybe150 ,200ml of milk makes porridge within seconds quick and easy when you are on the go vanilla favour is a fantastic flavour would recommend taste excellent mixability so easy and the best instant oats I haxe ever had bar none fantastic productGoes Well With:post workout meal orjust put scoopful in any protein shake delicious

5Instant oats is one my favourite products from MyProtein. Makes my mornings much easier by just mixing up 100G Instant oats, 25G whey protein in 300ml milk. It's maybe not the best tasting breakfast but is full of good calories and i actually like it. I usually also eat 1-2 tbsp peanut butter with it and just wash it down with the shake. I'm on it daily for 3 years now.Goes Well With:Whey Protein, Milk or water
