Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle. This beneficial effect is obtained with the consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4g per kg body weight, at doses, within the first 4 hours, and no later than 6 hours, following highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.
The carbohydrates in Instant Oats will contribute to muscle recovery† after high intensity and/or endurance exercise. Therefore in order to replenish muscular glycogen stores we recommend adding 2 1/3 large scoops (100g) to 150-250ml of water or your favourite beverage in a Myprotein shaker within 4 hours of exercise. †Beneficial effect is obtained through consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4 g per kg body weight, at doses within the first 4 hours and no later than 6 hours of exercise.

Great Oats
Lovely and smooth. Great taste at a low price. Easy to use. I am happy that the bag is recyclable. Goes Well With:Blueberries, honey anything you would normally have with porridge.

These powder oats are amazing! Mix well into smoothies. They don’t taste funny like some powder oats do . Also the bag seems to go quiet a long way. I would definitely recommend this product to friends. Goes Well With:Banana , blueberries, hint of maple or honey , almond butter and oat milk / with a few optional ice cubes .
