Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle. This beneficial effect is obtained with the consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4g per kg body weight, at doses, within the first 4 hours, and no later than 6 hours, following highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.
The carbohydrates in Instant Oats will contribute to muscle recovery† after high intensity and/or endurance exercise. Therefore in order to replenish muscular glycogen stores we recommend adding 2 1/3 large scoops (100g) to 150-250ml of water or your favourite beverage in a Myprotein shaker within 4 hours of exercise. †Beneficial effect is obtained through consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4 g per kg body weight, at doses within the first 4 hours and no later than 6 hours of exercise.

don't be like me...
don't be like me and overlook the 'powder' aspect of the description and just buy these thinking this is a huge bag of normal oats for porridge etc. IT IS POWDER. like protein powder. I learned the hard way and now have a 5kg bag I am struggling to get rid of. Going to pop it in a backpack and make a weighted vest out of it. Goes Well With:a backpack.

Love this product. Ordered a 5kg bag of unflavoured and have 2 scoops every morning. After 10 days I can feel the difference in bulk have more energy and they help with protein content too. Simple to make, just add water. I also add toffee or strawberry flavdrops. Really good reasonably priced product, will definitely order again.Goes Well With:Flavdrops

i brought these to make baked oats with as they are pre-ground (i used to have to blend normal oats) and it makes the most delicious oats. I mix a scoop of these oats with 100ml of almond milk, an egg and some flavdrops and bake for a delicious breakfast. i haven't tried adding them to any of my fruit smoothies yet but im sure it would taste lovely as i haven't had any issues with the product yet.Goes Well With:almond milk, nutella, biscoff spread

These oats are the best thing that ever happened to me. They taste amazingly (vanilla flavoured ones) and create an amazing combination with protein. I make THE best pancakes using these oats. They are in the form of powder however so when making oatmeal either baked or overnight I would recommend mixing them with rolled oats for a thicker texture. 100% recommend. Thank me later!
