5Been taking this for 2 months twice a day without fail gained 13 lbs excellent product does what it’s suppose to ,if you follow a good diet alongside , very good for manual labor jobs etc for getting those extra calories will continue to use till I reach my goal. Goes Well With:Water Started with milk but found less discomfort with water

5I am 6’2 and this was my first month of going to the gym and bulking. I brought the blend not knowing what to expect. I started at 6’2 and 67 kg, and I have a very slim build. After one month of using the product I am now 73kg and have put on muscle and fat where required. Tastes very good!
5Purchased this as I am quite slim looking to gain weight. Couldn’t wait to get home from work and open up this package! Came very quick, packaging is perfect and tastes excellent. (Strawberries and cream). Will definitely order some more and write another review when I see changes. Goes Well With:Water or Milk. Water is a cheaper option.

5Couldn't be happier with this purchase! Goes a long way towards getting those extra carbs and protein in. Personally I split the recommended amount into two parts and take one in the afternoon and one in the evening. I went with mint chocolate flavour and it tastes amazing.Goes Well With:Full fat milk.

Solid
4Solid weight gainer, contributed to an 6 kg mass gain this month. Very filling and works well on top of 3 large meals. Sometimes it is difficult to mix, and therefore I would suggest using water to mix and shaking properly. Didn’t last me a month which is a bit dissapointing for the price. It works with porridge and pancakes adding one scoop to the mixture.

Good but Bad
2The shake tastes well and does make a difference to your recovery and strength however this comes at a consequence to having stomach and toilet problems and will definitely make you super gassy!! Like uncontrollably. I thought it could be due to being lactose intolerant but, I even stopped using the shakes and continued my normal diet which has a lot of dairy (particularly cheese) and feel great again! The only annoying thing is I read the reviews and got this on the deal the website is advertising and feel I was tricked (maybe I have a bad batch?), i shouldn’t have bought the 5kg Vanilla, which now am stuck with!
