This shake is great and I am really seeing results but I am cautious to have more than one a day as each shake has 5g of creatine in. Your only supposed to have 5g of creatine a day so is it safe to drink this shake more than once in one day? Leave a thumbs up for yes and a down for no? Thanks a bunch!

I bought 5kg for a reasonable price in chocolate know I liked chocolate flavoured shacked from other brands. The chocolate smooth was way to sickly. Wouldn’t recommend unless you got a real sweet tooth.  Waste of money.
