Good peanut butter
4Very good high protein peanut butter that can be used in all kinds of things and still taste good. Very easy increase of protein in protein shakes + it adds more flavour to them

4This product is nice as there is a lot and you can have it with multiple other things I like to have a scoop with my porridge in the morning and with my protein pancakes Goes Well With:Porridge Pancakes Waffles Protien shakes

Best nut butter available
5I have bought this product many times now, it consistency and flavour are second to non, (and I've tried them all) it's flavour is great and it's all natural, no added nonsense. Goes Well With:I have it in Greek yogurt to raise my fats and calories. Also in smoothies, on chicken it is very versatile
