Brilliant
4I bought this to help combat pcos. It was recommended to me by a coach. The powder does clump up in the bag though so when trying to get a scoop you end up with lumps in it. It tastes sour but put in some juice or flavoured electrolytes and that taste is gone. Already feeling the benefits. Good quality product that really does make a difference

4The powder clumps up in the package so when I try to get a scoop I end up getting clumps. For the taste its horrible, its somewhat sour but doesn't matter as long as its helping me I take 15g 30 min before my workout and I can tell that it helps me get a better pump and makes me last longer. Goes Well With:I take it with 10g of L-glutamine and 5g of creatine.

5This is an excellent product and is definitely worth buying to add to your daily supplementation. Has vastly helped with my circulation and helps give you that extra edge in the gym.Goes Well With:Unflavoured so goes great either in your pre workout or protein shake.

5Great quality that I use in my own pre-workout formulation. Release of oxygen is powerful. Always go with Malate.

Does the job
5Well worth buying as part of your own pre-workout as you can actually use the correct amount rather than lower levels often found in already mixed pre-workouts Perfect combined with Beta Alanine and some Taurine to help power through sessions. Can;t really tell about taste and mixability as I've not tried it by itself.Goes Well With: Beta Alanine, Taurine and caffeine
