Mad Pumps
5Mixes well in water - a key ingredient in my homemade pre-workout. Pumps are great when using around 6-8g and as it improves blood flow, bedroom department also has a noticeable boost!Goes Well With:Creatine AAKG Beta Alanine Caffeine

Great for explosive workouts
5This stuff is awesome to take with a shake before a workout, started training bjj eight months ago and this helped a lot with the explosive nature of the sport. Goes Well With:Water.

Citrulline Malate works
4Using a scoop of Citrulline Malate in my pre-workout drink seems to work well for gym workouts, finding that extra strength. Goes Well With:Something, as doesn't taste good by itself. Juice, etc... anything.

5Great at mixing in water. Also adding in other myprotein products such as bcaa, and other amino energy products. Goes Well With:Other amino’s and pre/intranworkouts
