Seems to work ok
5I have only started doing proper exercise this year but I always use this in my workouts and it seems to work you can see big changes in me! It doesn't taste anything l!Goes Well With:I put it with clear whey protein and bcaa when I go to class

5Does what it says it says in the box. This one in the new packaging seems a lot easier to mix than before. Great price too.

4Good product I buy all my supplements from myprotein but the packaging let's it down as the bags resealable part doesn't work on most of my items which isn't much use.Goes Well With:Water, squash

Decent Buy
4Does what it says on the tin. Mixes well and is effective, and is available at a very fair price. Normally I take 5mg and this is only 3, but you can just add a healed spoonful. Goes Well With:Water and pre workout
