taste good - works
5the effectiveness of this powder is hard to track for obvious reasons but the taste and mixability is ok - you need to give the powder and good shake and leave it for 30 mins to settle down - the composition seems complex so it doesn't dissolve straight away but that really isn't a big issue if you mix it ahead of when you need to consume. don't choose the plain one unless you mix it yourself with a juice or something as its pretty nasty - i normally order the red berryGoes Well With:water!!! / training!!

5This have been a part of my daily supplement intake for over 15 years. Whatever the flavour, it works brilliantly! Grape flavour is my current go to. Goes Well With:Every supplement!!

Don’t buy
1I’ve bought this used it once it’s vile doesn’t mix in and I can’t even describe the taste it’s like an antibacterial taste with juice or water it’s so bad

Decent tasting
5I like it because it is not to sweet and not a horrible flavour that being said I have 4 x 1 scoops mixed throught out day to keep bcaa in my body Goes Well With:Water and a light bit of cordial of what ever flavour

WORST tasting BCAA in the market
1Has been a loyal fan of MP for a few years, but is was the first time I felt greatly disappointed. The kiwi flavour was absolutely disgusting and left with a weird after taste. All I had was one sip, Im done.Goes Well With:MP “Quality team”, apparently.

Something has changed
2I’ve been using this for a few years and the Raspberry ones taste went from nice with water to chalky. The Berry flavour used to be nice and now tastes a little rank (is the best way of putting it) I’ve recently bought Tropical and Blood orange to try. Tropical I’m half way through but have stopped taking it as it was giving me stomach cramps (which is never had from these products before) Blood Orange I’ve not yet tried but seeing the ingredient is the same I’m fearing this products need changed and now is something I’ll buy elsewhere. Shame as it used to be good but this batch seems like it will be binned Goes Well With:Water (if you risk using it)

WORH GETTING
4I always have taken tablets but decided to try the Berry burst. In all honesty it's amazing. The taste is incredible, smells bit funny but trust me it's so refreshing and taking it during training helps.Goes Well With:Water.
