Unflavoured, Essential BCAA 2:1:1 Powder
1The Unflavoured Essential BCAA 2:1:1 Powder. 1. Smells like rotten feet. 2. Doesn't mix well I end up throwing it away, as I wasn't shall if it was supposed to smell this disgusting because it was the unflavoured option?

Banging
5I’ve tried 3 flavours and will rate them honestly. Blue Raspberrry 10/10. Me, my GF and mum put this in our water all day every single day and have done for a year now. Cold 1litre water bottle in the fridge, /2 scoops BCAAs via MyProtein funnel/shake it up for a while= heaven. Honestly it helps increase water intake hugely and can’t recommend enough. Strawberry Lime is nice as well, very sweet and refreshing. Don’t buy unless you’re sure you will like sweet strawberry/lime flavour. Tropical is a bit strong for me, didn’t like it. It does require a good shake then left for a few minutes for it to dissolve but then it’s perfect. Goes Well With:Water

Avoid Bitter Lemon Flavour
2I got the Bitter Lemon flavour because it was really reduced. That was a mistake. Absolutely horrible flavour with barley any lemon taste.

Great product
5This product is great, mixes well, a little froth on top but amino acids do that. Keep your eyes out for this in the sales, sometimes you can get a right bargain.

My go to Intra workout over the summer
4I've been using BCAA powder as an intra-workout drink over the summer. Started with the 'Berry Burst' flavour (it seemed to get the best reviews), although lately I've also tried the 'Cola' flavour. I tend to mix it up as a rather weak 'squash' (5 g of BCAA powder to 600 ml water in a MyProtein stainless steel shaker bottle). Both flavours are perfectly acceptable at this dilution. The 'Berry Burst' is probably my favourite of these two. I also bought some of the 'Tropical' flavour, but I've not tried that just yet. Goes Well With:600 ml water in a shaker bottle.

Essential BCAA 2:1:1 Powder
4Another good product, taste is good as with all my protein products. I sometimes feel the mix is a little grainy, sometimes requires that extra few shakes to totally dissolve the BCAA powder.

Tastes great
5I got the grape one and it’s very sweet but tastes amazing. Tastes way better than some of the other flavours. It also works really well after a workout, I don’t feel any almost any pain the next day, like I used to ache so much the next couple of days and I don’t really ache at all now, I feel like I have more energy to go longer and push further. Goes Well With:Water

Do NOT GET UNFLAVOURED
1Unflavoured isn't really unflavoured but tastes so bad it will ruin any shake. Get something else.Goes Well With:Nothing at all

This BCAA product is really bad and wasted of money
1This BCAA product is really bad and wasted of money. I saw these are good reviews about it, how effective it is and value for money etc but I recently bought a few (was on promotion) and thought it will help me get more focused and give me more energy and reduce my body fatigue but unfortunately, non of that happened so far despite the fact that I have been taking it for almost 2 weeks now. The taste is also bad (tried both cola and tropical). If there is 0 score I'd definitely give it. My advice, do not waste your money on this product and instead buy good brands pre-workouts.Goes Well With:Water, whey protein.

Great taste
5It taste really nice. Especially when using very cold water and ice. I don’t ache as much since drinking BCAA. Especially leg days.Goes Well With:Ice cold water and crushed ice.
