5I’ve always struggled with my weight. It felt like no matter how hard I tried to eat more the scales never moved. I’ve tried this product before but never really been consistent with it and that is where the key lies. You have to be consistent in taking it every day. By doing that I’ve have gained nearly 2 stone in a 5 months by taking 4 scoops every night with full fat milk. I personally find that having one first thing in the morning fills me up for too long and I don’t eat that much during the day. Goes Well With:Full fat milk

3Got vanilla taste, but not much of vanilla in it… Mixes ok but leaves a lot of grinned things at the bottom, so needs to be shaken well before drinking every time. Had different brand before and will go back after this one.

5Great product to use, chocolate one is really nice, fairly sweet in taste. Mixes really well either with water or milk. Results are very level with consistant steady gain which is perfect. Goes Well With:I use evening one with green milk which goes down really nice.
