Cause for concern
3I was initially very pleased with this product which I was using for helping alleviate bad pain in my knee. However, after only 5 uses of one of the pads which had been heated, I felt Avery hot spot and on checking the pad, it was split on the side in one place and the gel was leaking out. Luckily I was using the pad inside the sleeve and on top of my denim jeans, which did protect me a little from burning my skin. This is a concern

The best
5I bought two. This is by so much better than any I have bought in a chemist. Jt says ice cold for ages not bulky so j can slip it under my clothes and unnoticeable.

AMAZING
5I have recently suffered from “runners knee” so I have painfully strained my knee ligaments. Every time I have tried to put ice on it, I get irritated by it falling off or not being able to move around. With this, I genuinely feel saved. It provides relief without forcing me to stay sat down or in an uncomfortable position to keep ice on my knee. 100% recommend, this has saved my life!!

5I get migraines and an ice pack is one of the only things that relieves the pain. So pleased with this product

Great Product
5Great product, the freeze packs are quite a bit bigger that I thought when i saw them on the screen so one is a goo size for a calf after a run or great for a are after a heavy work out the pouch for the ice pack good quality and the Velcro strap really sturdy. I bought 2 and glad I did i can do both legs at the same time!!

Ice all the right parts
5The elastic strap/case is really handy for icing back muscles (or any muscle that's awkward to hold an ice pack to for an extended period of time). The flexibility of the gel pack gives maximum surface contact with your skin/muscle over the contours of your body. The size is not too large and not too small, but it only holds its effective coolness for about 20 mins. This isn't too much of a problem as you can just pop it back in the freezer for an hour. I've just bought a second one so I can alternate or use two at once. Haven't tried as heat treatment yet (you can microwave it) but I'm 100% satisfied with it as a cool pack.
