Ice all the right parts
5The elastic strap/case is really handy for icing back muscles (or any muscle that's awkward to hold an ice pack to for an extended period of time). The flexibility of the gel pack gives maximum surface contact with your skin/muscle over the contours of your body. The size is not too large and not too small, but it only holds its effective coolness for about 20 mins. This isn't too much of a problem as you can just pop it back in the freezer for an hour. I've just bought a second one so I can alternate or use two at once. Haven't tried as heat treatment yet (you can microwave it) but I'm 100% satisfied with it as a cool pack.

You deffo need this !!
5Started PT sessions at the gym and my body started to feel the pain the next day. Found this amazing cold/heat pack online and it's amazing , popped it in the microwave for 2mins and strapped it to my body and the aches have nearly gone . Such a cheap effective product with fast results , easy to use and does the job 👍

Better than expected
5I didn’t expect it to be as big as it is, I’m using it every night to help out with my arthritis and stick it back into the freezer for the next day. Would highly recommend.

Great Product!
5As said in previous reviews, these Hot and Cold Gel Packs are larger than expected which is great. I use them frozen for injuries and the strap pack is fantastic because you can secure the gel pack in place and then carry on with your day. I'm currently experimenting with getting the gel pack to stay on my shoulder, but apart from that, I have no complaints. The strap pack with velcro to fix the pack in place is definitely an asset. Recommended.

3Good item and is brilliant for helping to reduce my swelling. Only thing was it came with a few funny green marks on the strap. Recommend it 👌

Best invention ever!
5Honestly this is one of the best things I've ever bought! I've used it as a cold pack only, at least 5 times so far with no issues. The holder that comes with it is just thick enough so you don't need any other covers and it can go straight on to the skin, and the velcro arm is very stretchy and holds very well...I use this for my shoulder/neck, it wraps around my torso easily and holds in place.

5Every house should have one - no more carrying around a hot/cold pack just strap it on and it stays in place...love it.

Hot/cold pack
5Comes in handy for aches and pains with injury’s and even for the kids bumps!! Easy to wear under clothing on upper body with belt/pouch it comes with. It’s actually a really good bargain buy!

5Great heat pad to warm up my legs before running and brill for after my run, had less injuries because of this and dirt cheap too 👍🏼

Love the gel pack
5Very good for joint pains when I've overdone it with the exercise! Material is good, velcro holds up well and is comfortable to use.
