Glucomannan contributes to the reduction of body weight, in the context of an energy restricted diet,1 while chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels,2 as well as also contributing to normal macronutrient metabolism.3

Amazing!
So glad I purchased this! Been having trouble with binge eating for so long and due to that I wasn't able to lose any weight even with exercising but this helped me so much! After my morning workout I drink it and I'm full the whole day through. I lost quite a bit of weight and I only started..love it! Also, brown sugar tastes absolutely amazing!

This has worked fantastic for me the only criticism is it didn’t taste as good as the meal replacement .. but otherwise it’s shred me down to the 5lb I needed to loose Goes Well With:Cla and Thermopure

I've been using myprotein for quite some time now. Myprotein is well known in the industry for its fine quality and value for money. Very good mixability, fine consistency and great bioavailability. I would strongly recommend it. I usually like it's rocky road, salted caramel and chocolate peanut butter flavors. All of them have a rich creamy texture and taste. After reading all the positive reviews about this product I thought I'd give it a try and I wasn't disappointed. The flavour is great, it's not too sweet which is perfect for me. I was looking for for more of a meal replacement, however, this still does the job. I mix with 1/2 water, 1/2 almond milk & add spinach, chia seeds & little portion of frozen fruit then blitz in my nutriblender & viola! I|'ve even added a small scoop to my porridge. It does give me the full feeling at a fraction of the cost of other protein makes & still providing the high levels of protein. My only issue is even if you reduce the liquid, it's still a little runny & would prefer a thicker shake but you can't have it all!
