These work a wonder
I'm always a bit of skeptic with such supps, however my sleep has significantly improved after adding one of these to my even wind down. Will continue to buy and use these for both myself and my partner! Goes Well With:Rooibos & chamomile tea

Improved mood and sleep within 2 days
One of the best supplements I've taken, helps my anxiety some of which is socially and improves my mood and sleep. I take 2 caps, a couple of hours before bed. I've taken 5 HTP alone before with some success but this formula is more effective Nearly a 5 star but it's a supplement not a magic pill

Works but..
Works but I have to take 2 to get it to work. 1 capsule would perhaps work for and medium sized person. Don't know if it's because I'm 6ft and 18st 10lbs. So biggish. Or because I have a stressful and demanding job and life. On cycle at the moment as well. I will try it with Ashwagandha KSM66.
