While chromium helps the body to metabolise3 the macronutrients protein, carbs, and fat — ensuring you’re making the most of your everyday diet. Plus, chromium also helps maintain normal blood glucose levels4 – that’s essential for your long-term health.
What does Breakfast Smoothie taste like?
Our Breakfast Smoothie is available in three of our favourite fruity flavour combinations — Blueberry and Apple, Mango and Passionfruit and Strawberry and Banana. And, if that wasn’t sweet enough, they’re made with real fruits, to pack a tasty punch.
1. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
2. Glucomannan contributes to weight loss in the context of an energy restricted diet. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of glucomannan in 3 doses of 1g each, taken with 1-2 glasses of water before meals and in the context of an energy restricted diet.
3. Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism.
4. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels

Tastes delish
I have tried 2 flavours - blueberry + apple and mango + passion fruit. Both tasted amazing. I have it first thing in the morning around 7;15am and feel full till 12pm. Plus it tastes amazing and creamy. Just try it with 250 ml of sugar free oat milk instead of water. Almost finished my second pack and now I am waiting it to be back in stock. Goes Well With:Oatly No sugar oat milk or alpro coconut milk, add cacao nibs for extra texture. (Blender)

A tasty start to the day!
Needed to up the protein in my diet but everything else I tried tasted really gross. Was amazed at how smooth and milkshake-like the texture of this is and the strawberry and banana flavour is delicious with both milk or even just added water! I immediately came back and bought the bigger pack. I now have this every day as breakfast and it keeps me full until the next meal time. I also no longer get bloated from eating meals, excellent stuff.Goes Well With:Fresh fruit Milk

Good taste and filling
This is a great quality powder in comparison to what else is on the market at a similar price. It mixes easily, and nice with a few other things added such as peanut butter. I've found the trick is to add water/milk first, then the powder to stop it getting stuck at the bottom of the blender Goes Well With:Water/milk, banana, peanut butter

Delicious breakfast
Keeps you full for ages! I drink mine at 8:30 just before work and it keeps me full until lunchtime. It doesn’t bloat you either! Goes Well With:I’ve tried it with milk, oat milk and coconut milk - all go well!
