Our 100% organic cacao powder is sourced from the raw beans of the Theobroma Cacao tree, which have been fermented, peeled, ground into a paste, then dried and finely ground into powder.

It's a natural source of all three of the macronutrients - protein, carbohydrate, and fat - along with essential minerals, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, copper and manganese.
