I use it as more of a gym bag than meal prep, but I've had more than enough space to carry everything I'll need. Only problem, and it's only happened a couple of times is that the zippers can bite the inside or pop off, a little annoying but I've fixed it.

To be honest, it’s a really good lunch box. I work 3 12hr days and can fit all my lunch in. I changed the food tubes to a longer and thinner one. They fit perfect. We had a cheerleader competition at the weekend and used the bag for that. Perfect again. Plenty of room and the bag stays cool longer then 12hrs. It’s a really good bag and it’s strong as well. I have seen that people had problems with the top zip but mine we all ok. Definitely recommend 100%  Nathan

I used it more for work but any weekends away to the zoo or cheerleading the bag is first on the list to be used. 

I recently started a new job which requires me to commute a fair distance. After which I then have a 6-7 hour shift before I get a break, by which time..... everything in the bag is as cool as when I took it out of the fridge on the morning! It's fantastic. The compartments are just the right size. The chill packs are super effective the only downside I'd say I'd that the plastic containers that come with it don't really seal that well but for dry foods they're not too bad just require a little patience and a little "persuading" from time to time.

Firstly it is spacious and does keep food cold. The problem is the quality of the zips. Had this product for 3 months. The zips on the main compartment have fallen off. Contacted myprotein who refuse to replace. For the money, the product quality is poor. Shame.
