dont bother
Tried the sample in the hopes of finding an alternative to pills/capsules but found this is sickly and actually put me off my morning coffee! It got tipped out and remade without it very quickly! Definitely not worth the 64kcal in my mornings!

I really didn’t like the taste of this in my coffee and had to throw the drink away as I couldn’t drink it
