Because they are dried these blueberries have 1.7g of protein, a 243%, so to work out what the actual carbs are from blueberries, multiply by 2.43. The carbs should be only 38g and 0.72g of fat, the carbs in this product are 80g and 2.5g of fat so most of the calories come from the added sugar and fat. I was happy with the product until I worked out the above, couldn't you just dry the blueberries and not add sugar and fat and let people add their own sugar
