In calorie-controlled protein rich diets, it can be difficult to reach the required daily amount of dietary fibres. That’s why we’ve also included LeanBiome®, which contains a blend of Fructooligosaccharides (FOS), glucomannan and chromium.
Glucomannan is a water-soluble dietary fibre and popular weight-loss ingredient— providing powerful support to help you achieve your weight-loss goals.1
Glucomannan contributes to the reduction of body weight, in the context of an energy restricted diet,1 while chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels,2 as well as also contributing to normal macronutrient metabolism.3

Great protein, great in oats. See results.
Love love love this protein and gut biome mix. Its always out of stock though so please bring it back MP! Tastes delicious and keeps the hunger at bay which helps with seeing those results. Makes oats really creamy and doesn't bloat my stomach. Goes Well With:Oats. Water. Milk of choice.

Bit of me this!
I was a bit dubious when receiving a sample of this, but I was highly surprised! I used the unflavoured sample to mix with milk and added to my wheatabix and it was AMAZING! Not grainy like some other whey shakes I've tried. Really impressed.Goes Well With:Milk!

Impact diet lean is a superb option to keep you trim and looking great ,tastes great and easy to take ,a great product that I'll certainly be buying to keep my shape and weight down which gives you more energy if you aren't carrying unwanted and unnecessary weight who wants that right ? Nice taste, great mixability and pretty good macros!
Just had my first sample of the banana flavor and really enjoyed mixed with added cocoa powder and water for a delicious and filling morning shake. The taste was very nice, became thicker when I heated it up for a minute in the microwave, and it was very filling - great option for me since I am not a breakfast person! I will definitely recommend.Goes Well With:cocoa powder for a delicious choco-banana shake. Water

Brown sugar flavour disgusting
I got a free sample of this with my previous order. The brown sugar flavour is so sickly, might be okay mixed into something else. But wouldn't recommend it on its own.
