Another unbelievably good protein bar. It’s a good one to keep in the gym bag or have as a snack throughout the day. If you are tracking food then this is a good way to get an extra bit of protein in.

The caramel is bad
Bar took a bit of determination to get through because of the caramel. The cookie crumble layered bars are far better and taste really good

Dark chocolate and sea salt
I only tried the one flavour dark chocolate and sea salt the texture and taste was amazing and I warmed mine in the microwave for 20 seconds it was delicious definitely recommend this flavour can’t comment for the other ones though.

I have tried a lot of protein bars in my time and not all of them are nice. However this one was a good one. It was a lovely consistency - not too rubbery or crispy. I have not found a dark choc mint bar before and it was delicious. Just what I needed after a long run and with 20g of protein.
