L-carnitine is created in the body from the amino acids lysine and methionine. It occurs naturally in protein, which helps to build and repair new muscle,1 making it a great support for any training goal.
Our easy-to-take supplement is also packed with choline, supporting fat metabolism and liver function,2,3 along with vitamin B5, B6 and B12, helping to reduce tiredness and fatigue.4
When to take Liquid L-Carnitine?
For best results, we recommend taking 10ml with a small amount of water (15ml) before meals or before your next training session — it’s a great addition to a healthy, balanced diet.
What does Liquid L-Carnitine work well with?
Our Liquid L-Carnitine is a great way to keep your carnitine levels topped up throughout the day. To make sure you’re getting enough protein too — key for muscle growth and maintenance1 — try with our Impact Whey Protein.
Take 10ml with a small amount of water (15ml) once per day, ideally 30 minutes before a meal. Alternatively, take 30 minutes before your next training session.
