L-carnitine is created in the body from the amino acids lysine and methionine. It occurs naturally in protein, which helps to build and repair new muscle,1 making it a great support for any training goal.
Our easy-to-take supplement is also packed with choline, supporting fat metabolism and liver function,2,3 along with vitamin B5, B6 and B12, helping to reduce tiredness and fatigue.4
Take 10ml with a small amount of water (15ml) once per day, ideally 30 minutes before a meal. Alternatively, take 30 minutes before your next training session.
ALLERGENS: The product is manufactured in an environment which handles Egg, Milk, Fish, Soya, Sulphites and Gluten containing ingredients.

Easily added to fruit teas
Personally I add this to fruit tea or squash. I've tried it on its own with plain water but I prefer it with something else added in too.

Great tasting
Used L-caratine before always found it hard to swollow. This tastes great and assuming my energy levels it's been a great help towards my goals. Great product Goes Well With:Pre-workout

Nearly out of date already!
It's hard to say how effective this product has been, however it tastes good. It appears to have better nutrition than the horrible chalky tablets. However as it was a good price I ordered 3 only to notice when they arrived that they were all best before November this year, which is now! No wonder it was cheap. Another disappointment from My Protein.

Works as intended!
Used to take the pills, and wanted to take the liquid form. It works way better cause of the faster absorption.
